The Blu Room® is a patented wellness space that helps you step away from the outside world and enter a state of deep relaxation. Lined with mirrored stainless steel, softly illuminated with blue LED light, and enhanced with narrowband UVB light, music, and ventilation, the room is designed to support your mind, body, and spirit.
Carefully integrated sacred geometry and proprietary design elements create an immersive environment where your mind can quiet, allowing restorative benefits, creative focus, and a renewed sense of well-being to unfold naturally.
Wear comfortable clothing
Before your Blu Room session, we invite you to take a moment to use the washroom, even if you don’t feel an immediate need. Deep relaxation encourages the body to gently release stored emotional and chemical stress. Beginning your session feeling settled and unhurried allows you to fully relax and remain present in the experience. We recommend wearing soft, breathable clothing that supports ease and comfort. Loosen any tight waistbands or restrictive garments so your breathing feels open and natural. Our team is here to support you every step of the way.
Guide your session with intention
Before your session begins, focus on an intention something like:

Blu Room Technology will assist with relaxation
As your session begins, allow yourself to take a few slow, easy breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. Let your breath move naturally through your body, gently rising and falling, inviting a sense of calm and ease. As you settle in, you may imagine the soft blue light surrounding you, flowing through your body from head to toe. Let it support a quiet, inward focus, helping the mind slow and the body unwind. Some people notice gentle sensations, like warmth or light tingling, as relaxation deepens—simply observe whatever arises. Within a few moments, many people find themselves drifting into a peaceful, restorative state, where the body can rest and gently renew.

choose your session length & integrate in the rest zone
Your Blu Room session can be 20, 40, 60, or 90 minutes—simply choose the length that feels right for you and what your body needs in the moment. After your session, we invite you to spend about 20 minutes in our peaceful Rest Zone. This quiet space gives you time to slowly return to your body, reflect, and let the light and frequencies settle in. With each gentle breath and moment of stillness, Blu Room therapy in Burlington encourages renewal, deep relaxation, emotional balance, and a lasting sense of well-being that continues to unfold long after your visit.
