How Blu Works
Please allow 10 minutes before your session to complete a brief intake and arrive with a clear intention—what your soul is seeking to receive or release. After your Blu Room experience, take 20 minutes in our Rest Zone to ground, reflect, and integrate the light and frequency shifts. Sessions are available in 20, 40, 60, or 90-minute journeys—trust your inner guidance and choose the level of bliss your spirit is calling for.
Utilizing small amounts of soft medical narrowband phototherapy, and gentle healing frequency music, you lie, fully clothed on a bed comfortably in the middle of the Blu Room with protective eye covers on. The architecture, (based on Nikola Tesla’s sacred geometry) and the mirrored surfaces, the frequencies and sounds, meet in the centre and are constantly reflected. Your DNA and every cell respond to this frequency immediately and relax as they receive soft narrowband UVB phototherapy, boosting your immune system and all its life supporting effects.
When you begin the session, start with a few deep relaxing breaths. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth if possible. See if you can breathe all the way down into your belly, allowing your belly to relax, rising and falling with the breath. This deep focused breathing helps the body drop really fast into the parasympathetic system which takes you out of the thinking mind. After a few breaths, try breathing in the blue light and seeing it fill your whole body. While you are focusing on this there is no room for mundane thoughts. You will notice your fingertips beginning to warm or tingle. As you continue to breathe consciously, this feeling will spread through your entire body. You will be in a deep state of relaxation. This will take just a few minutes and will deepen your experience.
This deep state of relaxation allows us to access parts of the brain that we do not normally access in our daily waking lives. It allows us to bypass the frontal cortex, the part of the brain we use habitually. The neocortex holds all of our fixed opinions about our health, wealth, relationships, etc. Our bodies respond to what we are thinking, so if our habitual thoughts of pain and suffering are interrupted, the body responds with feelings of wellbeing and healing is initiated. The longer we can maintain this state, the faster our bodies are able to fulfil the new programming.
